NarasiKepri.com, Jakarta – MK putuskan menolak permohonan sengketa pilpres, yang diajukan oleh paslon nomor urut 01 Anies Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar.
Hal ini diucapkan oleh Ketua MK Suhartoyo saat membacakan amar putusan dalam sidang perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum atau PHPU Pilpres pada hari ini, 22 April 2024 di Gedung MK, Jakarta Pusat.

“Amar putusan. Mengadili: menolak permohonan pemohon untuk seluruhnya,” kata Suhartoyo sambil mengetuk palu sidang.
Selain itu, dalam amar putusan itu, MK menolak eksepsi atau keberatan Komisi Pemilihan Umum atau KPU sebagai termohon dan Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka selaku pihak terkait.
Kendati demikian, tak seluruh hakim MK memiliki suara bulat. Ada tiga hakim konstitusi yang memiliki pendapat berbeda atau dissenting opinion, yaitu Saldi Isra, Arief Hidayat, dan Enny Nurbaningsih.
Mahkamah Konstitusi saat ini menggelar sidang pamungkas sengketa Pilpres. Adapun perkara perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum atau PHPU Pilpres telah bergulir sejak akhir bulan lalu.
Pada sidang kali ini, prinsipal dari pemohon, pasangan Anies Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar serta Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md hadir langsung di Gedung MK di Jalan Merdeka Barat.
Ketua KPU Hasyim Asy’ari dan Ketua Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja juga hadir langsung. Sedangkan Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka yang menjadi pihak terkait tidak hadir dan diwakili oleh tim hukum mereka.
